Paint Protection Film in Fort Lauderdale, FL
Fort Lauderdale cars live between the Intracoastal and six lanes of interstate — salt on them overnight, gravel at them all day. We fit 3M and NAR film half an hour north on I-95, at the same published prices every other car gets.
One run north.
The studio sits north of you, in the Boca Raton – Pompano Beach corridor.
From downtown it is the drive you already know: Broward or Davie Boulevard onto I-95, north past Oakland Park and Cypress Creek, off at Atlantic Boulevard or Glades Road. Clear of rush hour that is about half an hour; at five on a weekday it is not, so Fort Lauderdale cars come up in the morning.
When the interstate is stacked, US-1 Federal Highway does the same job slower, through Oakland Park, Pompano and Deerfield; from the beach it is A1A north, then west on Atlantic Boulevard.

Salt, sand
and gravel.
Three things this coast does to paint that an inland car never deals with.
-
01
Salt air, and what comes off the trailer
Parked off Las Olas or behind a dock on the Intracoastal, a car is not splashed with seawater — it is dusted with it. Salt settles, holds the night humidity against the clear coat, and works into every chip and panel edge. Then the marine traffic: anything backing a trailer down the ramp at Bahia Mar wears salt water and shell grit up its flanks. Film gives all of it something sacrificial to sit on.

02
Sand across A1A
The barrier island road is sanded by the wind all year, from Harbor Beach past Sunrise to Lauderdale-by-the-Sea, and it arrives on the bumper and hood edge at forty miles an hour. No single drive does anything; two summers of them leave a matte haze that shows on any dark car.

03
The I-95 stretch north
Six lanes, permanent roadworks and heavy truck traffic from Broward Boulevard to the county line. Stone chips off this run are the commonest reason a car reaches our bench, and nearly all land on the nose: bumper, hood edge, fenders, mirrors. Exactly what a full front covers.
What it costs.
One published list for every car. Nothing is added for the miles.

Two things
people ask.
What does PPF cost for a Fort Lauderdale car?
The same published list as everyone else: from $1,000 for a partial front in NAR H190, and $1,900 for a full front in Essential. Nothing is added for the drive up. Prices exclude FL sales tax.
Does the salt air off the water reach the paint?
Yes, and it does not need spray to do it. A car kept near the Intracoastal picks up a salt film that pulls moisture out of the night air, holds it against the clear coat and works into every stone chip. Rinsing salt off film is easier than polishing etching out of paint. Manufacturer film warranty (up to 10 years) + 1-year Serres installation warranty.
